Grilled Cheese 240 Calories


Quick easy meal that is great for any meal.  A simple grilled cheese sandwich.  For me I don't have much dairy in my diet.  So I usually opt for this grilled cheese sandwich.  Place a slice of cheese inbetween 2 slices of bread.  Lightly butter each side of the sandwich and cook in a good non stick skillet or black iron skillet.  Grill on medium to medium low until browned.  Weighs in at only 240 calories.  Have this with a good glass of milk.  Just keep the calories under 400! A crucial part of everyone's diet is will power.  Second is portion control with good choices.  Third is physical exercise.
